Beyond the work we do each day to support apartment and HOA communities, we believe in standing alongside organizations that provide relief, protection, and hope to those facing difficult circumstances. We are proud to share another group of causes we’ve supported in the second half of 2025 and the vital work they continue to do.
Catholic Charities of Orange County
Catholic Charities of Orange County serves individuals and families throughout the region by addressing critical needs, including housing assistance, food distribution, immigration services, and behavioral health support. Their holistic approach focuses on stability, dignity, and long-term self-sufficiency. We’re honored to support an organization that plays such a vital role in caring for vulnerable members of our local community.
Kerr County Flood Relief Fund
In response to severe flooding in Texas, the Kerr County Flood Relief Fund provides direct assistance to residents impacted by natural disasters. Their efforts support emergency response, recovery, and rebuilding for families and communities who faced sudden loss. Supporting disaster relief efforts like this reflects our belief in stepping in when communities need help most.
NEGU
NEGU, which stands for “Never Ever Give Up,” supports children and families navigating childhood cancer through emotional support, care packages, and family resources. Laura’s House provides safe shelter, counseling, and support services for individuals and families impacted by domestic violence. The Sheepfold Ministry
The Sheepfold Ministry serves survivors of domestic violence across Southern California by offering emergency shelter, transitional housing, and supportive services. Their trauma-informed approach helps survivors rebuild their lives with dignity and confidence. We are grateful for the opportunity to support their critical work.
No Kid Hungry
No Kid Hungry works nationwide to combat childhood hunger by connecting children to reliable meals and advocating for sustainable solutions. Their programs ensure kids have access to nutritious food both in and out of school. We are proud to support efforts that help children thrive and focus on learning by alleviating hunger.
Toys for Tots
Toys for Tots, led by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, collects and distributes toys to children during the holiday season. Their mission brings joy, comfort, and hope to families facing financial hardship. Supporting Toys for Tots is one way we can help create positive experiences for children when it matters most.
