Included in every service plan, Chute Inspection ensures your trash chutes meet fire safety requirements and are ready for annual certification. Our trained Maintenance Technicians perform a full examination of the chute system, including discharge doors and components related to fire safety. Minor adjustments are made on the spot, and you’ll receive a detailed report outlining any major repairs recommended by our team.
Preventative Maintenance
Available exclusively in our Gold Plan, Preventive Maintenance helps extend the life of your trash chutes and reduce unexpected repairs. In addition to the inspection process, this service includes proactive tune-ups for worn or damaged components, ensuring your chute system continues to function efficiently and safely between inspections.
