“I recently moved into the Windwood Knolls apartment complex (Irvine Communities) and met Guillermo Orozco. I had a lot of items to dispose of and to my luck, Guillermo was there to help me. He was so friendly. My trash was heavy for me and he immediately saw me struggle, so he offered to help. He did 90% of the work and I just did 10% but we got it done. There was something special about Guillermo, given it was 8 am on a Saturday morning, his attitude was fantastic. “I enjoy working at Strategic because I feel both comfortable and appreciated in my work, a foundation built by the patient, welcoming team that trained me when I first started. In my free time, my Sundays are anchored in faith, attending church to give thanks for my health and family, and my weekends revolve around the people I love most, including my five grandchildren. I’m also the family’s go-to burger chef! Something you might not know about me is that my morning coffee is non-negotiable, and I’m consistently at work a full hour before my shift begins. My favorite memory at Strategic is that everyone who trained me when I first started was so patient and kind. I am truly grateful for all of them!”
