The 2025 Team Member of the Year

Strategic is proud to name Gaby Rodriguez as the first 2025 Team Member of the Year Award winner. The Team Member of the Year award is a new recognition, nominated by team members, given to one outstanding team member whose contributions are invaluable to the company. This award seeks to acknowledge someone who goes above and beyond what is required of them in supporting their fellow team members and the organization as a whole. Congratulations, Gaby! Gaby Rodriguez, the HR Assistant, supports departments across the organization by growing the team through recruitment and onboarding. She has been with the company since September 2023. Gaby was selected by her Strategic team members as the 2025 Team Member of the Year because of her dependable work ethic and the instrumental support she provides to office and field team members.

As an HR Assistant, her role requires clear communication, strong organizational skills, and responsiveness. Gaby brings those qualities into every interaction and more, helping ensure that team members feel supported and informed. Her professionalism and approachable nature foster a workplace where people know they can rely on her.

When nominating Gaby, her team members offered glowing comments about her. Wendy Todaro, Director of Operations, shared, “Gaby is widely recognized as a dependable, positive, and highly respected team member who consistently goes above and beyond in her role. She is praised for her reliability, professionalism, and can-do attitude, as well as her willingness to step up wherever support is needed. As a key point of connection across departments, Gaby excels at communication, coordination, and follow-through, making her especially invaluable to both in-office and off-site team members. Her kindness, approachability, and unfailingly cheerful demeanor make her an outstanding representative of Strategic and a true asset to the entire organization.”

Gaby spoke on her recognition as Team Member of the Year and said, “I am deeply humbled, honored, and very grateful for this recognition. It motivates me to continue working hard alongside such a talented and supportive team. This really is a team effort, and I’m so thankful to be surrounded by such amazing people.”
