At Strategic, our commitment to people goes beyond providing a premium service to multifamily communities. It also includes standing behind organizations—locally and globally—that work to improve lives and protect the environment. We’re proud to spotlight meaningful causes we’ve had the privilege of supporting this year so far.

LA Fires Relief via the Orange County Fire Authority

In the face of devastating wildfires across California, the Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) helps with protecting lives, property and the natural landscape of Southern California. We contributed to wildfire relief efforts in partnership with OCFA to help support frontline firefighters and provide resources for communities impacted by the LA-area fires. Their commitment to safety, resilience and recovery is something we admire.

Orange County Rescue Mission

The Orange County Rescue Mission provides services to unhoused individuals and families throughout Orange County. With programs that include transitional housing, job placement, education and spiritual support, the Rescue Mission is focused on restoring dignity and self-sufficiency. We’re proud to support their mission of providing long-term solutions to unhoused individuals in our community.

Priceless Pets Rescue

Operating as a no-kill, non-profit rescue, Priceless Pets is dedicated to saving the lives of abandoned, abused and neglected animals. With adoption centers known as “The Orphanage,” the organization offers medical care and rehabilitation for pets in need, ensuring each animal finds a safe and loving home. Supporting their work reflects our belief in protecting all members of our community, including our furry friends.

California Community Foundation (CCF)

The California Community Foundation has supported has supported transformative, community-focused programs across the state for over a century. From disaster relief to education and housing initiatives, CCF is a trusted steward of charitable giving and community investment. Our contribution helps extend their reach into underserved neighborhoods, supporting efforts that create long-term, systemic change.

Miracle Babies

Miracle Babies is dedicated to supporting families with critically ill newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Through transportation assistance, financial aid and wellness programs, they help parents stay connected to their babies during an emotionally and financially challenging time. Their mission resonates with us, and we’re honored to help them strengthen families during tough times.

San Diego Center for Children

The San Diego Center for Children provides comprehensive behavioral health services to youth and their families, offering residential care, outpatient therapy and school-based programs. Their work empowers children to heal from trauma, build emotional resilience and thrive in safe environments. We are proud to support their dedication to children’s mental health and are grateful to support their continued impact in Southern California.

Shea It Forward: Community Giving in Action

Through our ongoing partnership with Shea Apartments, we’ve once again supported “Shea It Forward,” an initiative focused on uplifting local communities through charitable giving. This year’s contributions have helped support community programming and resident-focused events. Working alongside Shea remains a fulfilling way to give back to the communities we proudly serve.
