The 2025 Apartment Association of Orange County (AAOC) Expo once again brought together professionals from across the property management industry to explore new management solutions, network with key partners and share best practices. Strategic Sanitation Services was proud to be part of this important event, using the opportunity to engage directly with community managers and owners and discuss how trash management can play a key role in operational success.
Connecting Through Conversation
Our President, Kenneth Reyes, and key members of our Sales and Marketing Teams attended the expo to cultivate relationships with community managers, owners and vendor partners. These face-to-face conversations were a valuable chance to listen to the challenges communities face and see how Strategic’s proactive trash management model could make meaningful changes for communities.
