The 2017 December R3 Excellence Award goes to Ismael, one of our General Servicemen. Ismael joined us this summer in July after looking for a job that offered him freedom and room to grow. In the short time he has been with us Ismael has proven himself to be an excellent employee. He is Respectful, Reliable, and Responsible and our customers agree!

Ismael says that from the beginning, “it’s been a pleasant surprise,” to work at Strategic because he “always receives instant feedback through phone calls and emails.” A huge benefit is that “[management] believes that you are going to do a quality job.” Ismael feels that at Strategic he has the freedom to grow as an employee and a leader because the company “provides [employees] with adequate support to do [their] job well.”
