The 2017 August R3 Excellence Award goes to Rudy Najera, one of our Lead Servicemen. Rudy joined us in December of 2015 and since then has shown himself to be an exceptional Respectful, Reliable, Responsible Employee.  Rudy always has a smile on his face and does a great job motivating all the members of his team. He is much appreciated by both co-workers and community managers.

A Word from Rudy

When asked why he enjoys working at Strategic, Rudy responded, “I enjoy working and knowing that my hard work has been noticed,” in reference to his position as a Lead. He also mentioned the personal benefits of the job, “I like that the hours are flexible so I can go home sooner to spend time with my family.” He explained that in his past professional experience with other janitorial crews, “communication was a challenge because there was not enough of it,” but at Strategic, “you always know the work is being done.”
