The 2018 February R3 Excellence Award goes to Jessica, one of our Accounting Representatives. Jessica joined Strategic 3 years ago. In the time she has been with us Jessica has proven herself to be an excellent employee. She is Respectful, Reliable, and Responsible in the office. Her co-workers who enjoy the little ways that she makes Strategic a wonderful place to work. From stocking the coffee station to making sure the printer has ink, Jessica is always on top of making sure the office runs smoothly. Jessica is also the face of our company to prospective employees as she cheerfully handles the new hire process.

A Word from Jessica

When asked why she likes to work at Strategic, Jessica said, “Strategic has been one of the biggest blessings to me and my family.” She mentioned that the flexibility of working from home, “has been huge to be able to juggle home life and work. I love working from home.” Lastly, Jessica mentioned that she “enjoys the people [she] work[s] with and for because they really try to make it feel like a family.”
