The October 2023 R3 Excellence Award goes to Julie Chang. Julie has been with the company since October of 2016. She is a dedicated team member and shows great care and commitment to her responsibilities. She continuously seeks improvement and brings a sense of positivity to her team. A Word from Julie
“I enjoy working at Strategic because of the flexibility and the work I do. I also have a good relationship with my team which I am thankful for, and I believe in what the company does and stands for. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, being creative, and watching dramas with my youngest daughter. Something you might not know about is that I am a pastor’s daughter (a “PK”). My favorite memory during my time at Strategic was from the summer picnic in 2021 when I went with my late husband. There was a funny incident that happened with him, and the food vendor. It still brings a smile to my face.”
